File a dispute
Overview
Open a dispute if the baton does not contain what the seller promised, if files are missing, if links do not work, or if a physical delivery does not match the listing.
What To Include
Include the baton ID, a short description of the issue, screenshots or photos when useful, delivery or tracking details for physical items, and any agreement details that help support review the problem.
Timing
Disputes should be filed during the inspection period whenever possible. Faster reporting helps Batonic preserve access records, delivery state, and payout timing.
What Happens Next
Batonic can pause payout or access changes while support reviews the transaction. Support may ask the buyer or seller for more information before resolving the case.
