Use the Preview Designer

Overview

The Preview Designer helps buyers understand value before purchase while protecting the original asset. Use it whenever a file needs more than a simple thumbnail.

Choose The Right Preview

Use image controls for blur, pixelation, watermarks, crop, scale, and quality. Use video and audio controls for segments and playback. Use document, code, 3D model, and material controls that match the asset type.

Protect The Original

Protected previews should reveal enough to build buyer confidence without exposing the full commercial value. Avoid showing secrets, full-resolution source files, license keys, private URLs, or complete source code when the buyer has not purchased.

Check Mobile And Desktop

Preview the baton on desktop and mobile before publishing. Verify touch targets, playback, zoom, protected regions, watermarks, and readable text at realistic screen sizes.

Save And Reopen

After editing, reopen the baton and confirm the preview still matches what you intended. Published previews should load the same way for buyers as they did for you during creation.

Buyer Trust

A good preview reduces disputes. Clear thumbnails, honest protected regions, and accurate captions help buyers understand exactly what they are buying.
